The gate agent claims that this is std and happens daily. She promised that the crew is notified about this stuff and I would be taken care of. What a load of bull. They also claim that I’ll receive a 75% refund on my ticket. I’m not going to hold my breath waiting. My wife and I travel business class all over the world and this is the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had."Plusy: "Arrival and departure close to on schedule. While I understand that it is my responsibility to have that information, it was simple human error (having flown into a different airport) that lead to the mistake, which should have been forgiven seeing that I called the airline, and informed them of the mistake. As the customer, I feel that the airline is not responsible for such mistakes, but do believe that there should be room for good will and customer service. The fact that the airline was not willing to help to make a change affordable (I was quoted $600+ to make the change) sadly is what determined if I will continue being a customer, and rely this airline. I won't. I also did not like that every other item during the flight had to be purchased as most other international flights include these expenses with the purchase of the ticket. Again, I understand that the airline has it's policies, but you might want to try seeing it from the passenger's perspective rather than just from a monetary one. Having to deal with such costly changes at the last moment of my trip was very unpleasant; I almost didn't have enough money to get home. They were very strict about our luggage but not informative and inconsistent in the way they dealt with each of our luggages. They were also rude about it. When it was time to enter the gate, we were questioned by the same employees again. It was a waste of time and also unfair because we realized not all pssengers had to go through the same process we did. They boarded the back half of the plane and then opened general boarding. People who knew about it lined up to wait to board for 45 mins before the flight began boarding... because the way it's done is so open. It doesn't create the most relaxing wait experience. But once I got on the plane, all was good. The check-in process was also a bit tiring too. There is no automated check-in option, so you have to stand in a really long line to get your boarding pass for international flights. Make sure you leave yourself plenty of time to check-in... especially given that there's a long security line next."Minusy: "They charge extra for EVERYTHING, including water. And you can't even buy snacks or other food on board unless you have "pre-ordered" it. Movies are from the 90's ("classics" LOL). Do Chorwacji należy 1185 wysp, z czego zaledwie około 50 jest zamieszkanych – największa z wysp, Krk posiada powierzchnię zbliżoną do Warszawy. Dobrej infrastrukturze turystycznej, niewygórowanym cenom, nowoczesnym portom lotniczym i przede wszystkim bogatej ofercie tanich lotów, Chorwacja zawdzięcza status jednego z najchętniej odwiedzanych przez Polaków miejsc. Chorwacja zadziwia każdego turystę pięknem przyrody oraz licznymi zabytkami, pozostawionymi tutaj przez wiele kultur władających tymi terenami na przestrzeni lat. Dzięki niezwykle przyjaznemu klimatowi i równie przyjaznym mieszkańcom, Chorwacja odzyskała swoją mocną pozycję na turystycznej mapie świata. Kiedy rezerwować tanie loty do Chorwacji?
